One step closer
We are closer to many resources, which are defining future sustainability and much more. We talk about what we may come across in future, for example running out of oil causing everything to come to a halt right from vehicles to our kitchens. We see that there are many different ideas being tried out at laboratories, and in the real world. Solar energy is one of the most common and the most feasible technology in current day. Even many of us learn in school and read in papers how solar energy is being used for houses, and other areas such as transportation, industries etc. We can say that it is the most widely used resource. But even solar has certain glitches. If there is no sun light, then even that poor thing can’t produce energy. Coming to wind energy, it is a bit better than solar as even a bit of wind can help it provide energy. Lightning is another source which can be tried out for power production though it is still under experimentation. I have some thoughts around this.

How can we do this?

All of us know the use of a lightning conductor, which is to transfer the charge safely to the ground. Now if we can try to send it through a tube connected to thousands of step down transformers to reduce the voltage then we can supply this to remote areas which have power shortage. We should first try to lay underground tubes which transfer this charge around the world. If we implement this, we can survive for many years with one lightning charge.  So I would like to conclude by saying that this might be a the future that our generation need to seriously explore.

    Good one Injanna. You need to explore the idea and build on the thought process that you have brought in the blog on harnessing energy through lightning.

my new car: this is about my experience with my Tata bolt . recently we purchased the Tata bolt, it is a new launch from the Tata's. after we purchased it we decided to drive it down to my grandparents house. it was launched after the sedan version which is the zest. Our car is the high  end variant , so it is loaded with luxurious features such as the Harman  entertainment system,which is normally found in high end cars.
